We are so thankful to our customers for their continued support during the lockdown period. 

The region has gone decking crazy and we’re the decking specialist people are turning to. It’s been an unbelievably busy time, our busiest ever actually, during such a difficult period. You will have noticed this if you follow our Facebook page which we have been updating almost daily with photos of the dozens and dozens of installations carried out by our fantastic team of fitters. 

Many of the customers who come to Lakeland Verandahs for their UPVC and composite decking do so because they have been advised to by one of our previous customers. 

These referrals are vital for us and we take it as a huge compliment when someone goes out of their way to recommend the business to their friends and relatives.

We can do better, of course. When a customer highlights room for improvement within a review, we listen to their views, learn from them and act upon them to become a better company.

That’s what we have to do if we expect to inch closer to a 100% customer recommendation rate, which is the ultimate goal. But even if we did manage to hit the 100% mark, we would still expect more of ourselves, as our customers deserve only the very best.
