The Opportunity: 
We’re looking for motivated and creative individuals to join us as Sales Designers. You’ll work directly with homeowners to design and sell bespoke garden transformations using our market-leading products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and design who wants to achieve significant earnings while enjoying the flexibility of self-employment.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage & Consult: Visit homeowners across the Northwest to understand their vision and provide bespoke solutions to enhance their outdoor spaces. 
• Promote & Sell: Present our stunning range of verandas, UPVC decking, and fencing, showcasing their benefits to meet customer needs. 
• Achieve & Exceed Targets: Drive sales and maximise your earning potential with uncapped commissions.
• Learn & Grow: Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales techniques through our comprehensive training programme. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Experience: Proven success in sales or customer-facing roles is ideal but not essential—we provide full training. 
• Strong Communication Skills: Confident and personable, with a natural ability to build trust and connect with customers. 
• Self-Motivated & Organised: Able to manage your time effectively and work independently to achieve success. 
• Passion for Home Improvement: A keen interest in transforming outdoor spaces and a focus on quality solutions. 
• Industry-Leading Products: Sell market-leading decking, fencing, and verandas that customers love.

To be considered for the role you must have:

• Previous quality installation experience
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Be a good communicator
• Be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• Clean UK driving licence

As an installer you will join a busy team reporting to the Installations Manager, and responsible for undertaking installations, ensuring an excellent quality service is achieved on all decking and fencing installations.
